Card Manager

Card Manager gives our debit cardholders the ability to actively manage their debit card usage by defining when, where and how their debit card is used. Card Manager is available within the FB&T Mobile Banking app.

  • When the card is “off,” no purchases or withdrawals are approved until the card is turned back “on.” This can be used to disable a lost or stolen card. All transactions, except for recurring payments, will be denied until you turn your card back on.
  • When the card is “on,” transactions are allowed in accordance with the cardholder’s usage control settings.

Fraud Monitoring

Keeping your debit card safe is as easy as sending a text. With our fraud monitoring system, customers may receive a text from 37266 for any suspicious transactions.  Simply reply Yes or No to approve or deny the transaction.
